I am a fully licensed seasoned therapist with over 30 years of experience. In addition, I hold credentials as a Certified Clinical Supervisor, a Certified EMDR therapist / EMDRIA approved consultant, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, a Certified in Perinatal Mental Health professional, and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. I have also completed certification programs in Adoption Studies & Sand Play! In addition, I am trained in SPACE, Family Systems, CBT, DBT, and EX/RP. I draw from psychotherapy modalities in both verbal and creative realms. I specialize in treating OCD, anxiety, trauma, and perinatal mental health.
